Article 52 The Constitution is passed by voting of the Council on November 30, 2004.

Article 53 Interpretation of the Constitution shall reside in the Council of the Foundation.

Article 54 The Constitution shall come into effect as of date of the registration of the Foundation at the Registration Authority.
